Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to request express shipment.
USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are the primary companies used for Domestic shipping. Tracking number will be provided via email.
Shipments are insured, so contact us at hello@ikikimono.com or by using the "Contact Us" form, if your shipment is lost or damaged. Iki Kimono NYC is not responsible for items lost or damaged, but will facilitate in filing an insurance claim.
International orders ship with USPS, UPS, DHL or Fed Ex.
Iki Kimono NYC is not responsible for any customs or duty fees.
Local pickup may also be arranged.
Returns
Due to the delicate and vintage nature of our product, all sales are final.
All kimono sold are vintage and antique, and may have been previously worn. Please expect vintage condition to include small/faint flaws. Major and noticeable flaws will be noted in the description.
We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each garment. However, we want you to love your kimono, so if there is an issue, contact us and we will try to resolve it.
Please note: Iki Kimono NYC is not responsible for return shipping and your item may incur a 20% restocking fee.
